A top director/shareholder of a large international clothing corporation mentioned to Shiva Paraksha about a fabric division operating at a constant loss and asked her to check what was going on energetically. Shiva Paraksha energetically scanned and checked the whole factory premises and found an energic negative imbalance in the energies there. Upon clearing the energy imbalance of the factory, production improved. The directors could not understand why the factory was still operating at a loss with an increase in production. They asked Shiva Paraksha to scan the management of the factory. Upon scanning, she energetically saw two sets of accounting books being kept. And identified the managing director of the factory to be illegally selling the factory products for his benefit and accounting for this separately. This was disclosed to the key directors. Their investigation showed this to be true and the situation was taken care of appropriately.

1. A property developer could not complete the sale of a condominium project as a primary contractor working on this project had a lot of defects in the work done and was left incomplete per the developer's requirements. The developer hired another contractor to complete the previous contractor's incomplete work and sold the project.  The developer refused to pay the first contractor as his work was defective and incomplete. The contractor filed a legal case against the developer for nonpayment of work done at the local magistrate court. 

The developer contacted Shiva Paraksha for intuitive counseling on this case. 

Energetic scanning revealed the blocks in this case for the developer. These 

blocks were energetically removed by Shiva Paraksha through her negativity  

clearing processes. The court case was won by the developer.  The contractor   

again filed another case at the industrial court. The developer asked Shiva 

Paraksha to conduct the energetic negativity clearance processes for this court

case. Which was done by her. The developer won this case as well.

2. An electrical contractor did all the electrical work for a housing developer's 

project. The developer delayed payment to the electrical contractor for over 2 

years. Eventually, instead of cash payment, the developer provided the electrical 

contractor with 4 unsold houses as a form of payment. The electrical contractor 

tried to sell these houses and found the title of these houses to still be in the name

of the developer. He was not able to sell these houses until the developer changed

the title to his name. The developer was not willing to do this. 

The electrical contractor contacted Shiva Paraksha and obtained intuitive 

guidance on collecting the funds owed to him from the developer. Shiva Paraksha 

energetically scanned and cleared the negative blocks the electrical contractor 

had, then asked him to file a lawsuit against the developer to collect payment. The

electrical contractor won the lawsuit and collected the funds owed to him by the 

developer.

Energetic blocks in a person's energy field will create problems / delays / issues. In most cases the problems are resolved when the energetic blocks are cleared. These energy blocks develop in a person from their own past negative (harmful) actions, words or deeds.
